Wasson色谱石化应用方案之一

一、    Natural Gas with a single TCD to provide compositional analysis of hydrocarbons and fixedgases in natural gas. Components identified include methane, ethane, propane, n-butane,isobutane, n-pentane, iso-pentane, C6+ backflush, carbon dioxide, oxygen/argon compositeand nitrogen. Lower detection limit is 200 ppm per component except carbon monoxide thatis 400 ppm. Liquid sampling valves can be added for the analysis of natural gas liquids.使用TCD分析天然气-里的碳氢化合物和固定气体。检测:甲烷、乙烷、丙烷、正丁烷、异丁烷,正戊烷,2-甲基丁烷(异戊烷),C6 + 反吹、二氧化碳、氧/氩复合和氮。每个组份的最低的检测限制是200 ppm除了CO是400ppm。可以添加液体取样阀分析液态天然气。  Wasson 
二、    210-00  Oxygenates in Motor Fuels analysis using an O-FID for the determination of oxygenatedcomponents in motor fuel. Lower detection limit is 0.05 wt% per component. 三、    Natural Gas and Sulfur analysis with a TCD and a FPD. Components identified on the TCD includepropane, isobutane, n-butane, isopentane, n-pentane, carbon dioxide, ethane, hydrogensulfide, oxygen/argon composite, nitrogen, methane, and carbon monoxide. Lower detectionlimit on the TCD is 200 ppm except for carbon monoxide that is 400 ppm. Componentsidentified on the FPD include hydrogen sulfide, carbonyl sulfide, methyl mercaptan, andethyl mercaptan. Lower detection limit on the FPD is 1 ppm. The sample cannot containover 500 ppm of a single sulfur component as this will over-range the FPD.使用TCD和FPD分析天然气和硫。 TCD分析:丙烷、异丁烷,正丁烷,异,正戊烷、二氧化碳、乙烷、硫化氢、氧/氩复合、氮、甲烷和一氧化碳。每个组份的最低的检测限制是200 ppm除了CO是400ppm。FPD分析:硫化氢、羰基硫甲基硫醇、乙硫醇。每个组份的最低的检测限制是1 ppm. 每组分不好超过500ppm,避免FPD检测器超量程 
四、    242-00  Determination of Sulfur Compounds in Natural Gas and Gaseous Fuels with a sulfur chemiluminescencedetector. Components identified include hydrogen sulfide, carbonyl sulfide/sulfur dioxide composite,methanethiol, ethanethiol, dimethyl sulfide, carbon disulfide, 2-propanethiol, 2-methyl-2-propanethiol, 1-propanethiol, ethyl methyl sulfide, 2-butanethiol, thiophene, diethyl sulfide, 1-butanethiol, dimethyl disulfide, anddiethyldisulfide. Lower detection limit is 0.01 ppm per component.使用硫化学发光检测器(SCD)分析天然气和气态燃料中的硫化合物的。检测:硫化氢、羰基硫/二氧化硫复合,甲硫醇l,乙硫醇,二甲基硫化物、二硫化碳、异丙硫醇,叔丁基硫醇,丙硫醇,乙基甲基硫化物,2-丁硫醇、噻吩(C4H4S)、二乙基硫、丁硫醇,二甲基二硫,二乙基二硫醚。每个组份的最低的检测限制是0.01 ppm  ASTMD5504 
五、    243-00  Trace Sulfur Compounds in Light Petroleum Liquids with a sulfur chemiluminescence detector.Components identified include hydrogen sulfide, carbonyl sulfide/sulfur dioxidecomposite, methanethiol, ethanethiol, dimethyl sulfide, carbon disulfide, 2-propanethiol,2-methyl-2-propanethiol, 1-propanethiol, ethyl methyl sulfide, 2-butanethiol, thiophene,2-methyl-1-propanethiol, diethyl sulfide, 1-butanethiol, dimethyl disulfide, c-1-benzothiophene/c-2-benzothiophene composite, and diphenyl sulfide. Lower detection limitis 0.1 ppm per component.使用化学发光检测器(SCD)分析在轻石油液体里的微量硫化合物。检测:硫化氢、羰基硫/二氧化硫复合,甲硫醇,乙硫醇,二甲基硫化物、二硫化碳、异丙硫醇,叔丁基硫醇,丙硫醇,乙基甲基硫化物,2-丁硫醇、噻吩,异丁硫醇,二乙基硫、丁硫醇,二甲基二硫,c-1-benzothiophene / c-2-benzothiophene复合和二苯硫。每个组份的最低的检测限制是0.01 ppm  ASTMD5623 
六、    250-00  Ethers and Alcohols in Gasoline using a single FID. Components identified include MTBE,ETBE, TAME, DIPE, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, n-propanol, isobutanol, secbutanol,tert-butanol, n-butanol, and tert-pentanol. Ethers are identified between 0.1% to 20% andalcohols are identified between 0.1% to 12% in gasoline as specified by ASTM MethodD4815.使用单一FID分析在汽油中的醚和醇。检测:甲基叔丁基醚,叔丁基乙醚,驯服,异丙醚、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丙醇、异丁醇、仲丁醇,叔丁醇、正丁醇和2-甲基-2-丁醇。根据ASTM D4815的方法,检测汽油里的醚是确定于0.1%至20%之间,醇是0.1%到12%的。  ASTMD4815
